INGREDIENTS

  • 34 cup (200ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 14 cup (60ml) water
  • 14 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 10 whole almonds (roasted)
  • pinch salt
  • 4-6 ice cubes
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
