  • 2 tbs coconut yogurt (or dairy alternative)
  • 2 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 14 medium banana frozen
  • 14 cup (35g) frozen raspberries
  • 12 tsp chia seeds
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a glass to serve.
