  • 1 cup (100g) oat flour (or gluten free flour)
  • 13 cup (100g) crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 14 cup (75g) honey (brown rice syrup or maple syrup)
  • 14 cup (30g) natural protein powder
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs dried cranberries chopped
METHOD
This method is based on 12 servings
  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well to combine. The mixture should form a nice dough that holds when squeezed. 

     

  2. Roll mixture into 12  even sized balls (approx 34 oz). 

     

    Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
