  • 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 14 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbs crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 2 tbs water boiling
  • 34 cup (120g) frozen mixed berries
METHOD
This method is based on 4 servings
  1. Combine yogurt and protein powder in a bowl, adding sufficient water to blend.

     

  2. Mix peanut butter with boiling water to make a thick sauce.

     

  3. Divide yogurt between serving bowls, top with seeds, peanut butter sauce and berries to serve.
