This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle program. Our post-workout Super Smoothies make it easier to meet your daily energy quota in order to support training and muscle gain needs. To view all our Super Smoothies, you must have your goal in settings changed to ‘Build Muscle’. INGREDIENTS
SERVING 1

  • 12 cups (375ml) water cold
  • 13 cup (35g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
  • 14 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 1 tbs almond butter (or other nut butter)
  • 14 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 yellow peach, medium or any other fresh or tinned peach
  • 4-6 ice cubes
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
