INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrots (medium) trimmed & roughly chopped
  • 3 oranges peeled, quartered & white pith removed
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated, or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 12 tsp fresh turmeric grated or 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 6-8 ice cubes
METHOD
This method is based on 2 servings
  1. Blend carrots, oranges, water, ginger and turmeric in a high powered blender.

     

  2. Divide ice cubes between glasses and pour over juice to serve.
