  • 1 tbs Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 12 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 25g fresh or frozen mango
  • 12 medium banana frozen
  • 14 tsp ground turmeric
  • 3-4 ice cubes
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a glass to serve.
