  • 13 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 13 cup (30g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
  • 1 tbs flaxseeds
  • 200g cantaloupe peeled & roughly diced
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4-5 ice cubes
METHOD
