  • 12 cup (125ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee adjust depending on taste
  • 1 tbs water boiling
  • 12 medium banana frozen
  • 1 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 1 tbs rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 4 large ice cubes
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Dissolve coffee in the boiling water.

     

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide between glasses and enjoy!
