  • 12 cup (50g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
  • 12 cup (50g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 34 cup (190ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 12 cup (125g) unsweetened apple sauce
  • 14 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 23 cup (120g) fresh mixed berries
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Preheat oven to 320°F.

     

  2. Combine oats, protein powder, milk, apple sauce and cinnamon in a bowl.

     

  3. Gently fold through berries.

     

  4. Transfer mixture to a small-medium size oven proof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until oats are tender. (You may need to add a little more milk if too thick, depending on the protein powder used.)

     

    Can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days.
