  • 1 pitted medjool date pre-soaked in boiling water
  • 13 cup (80ml) almond milk (or dairy alternative)
  • 12 medium banana frozen
  • 2 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
  • 5 whole almonds
  • 4 large ice cubes
METHOD
This method is based on 1 serving
  1. Combine all ingredients, including date soaking water, in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses to serve.
